Demand of tourism is very high in Kochi

The Kochi District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC) is all set to introduce beach buggies at Puthuvypeen beach to improve beach’s tourism potential. The beach buggies, which are four-wheeled motorcycles for sand rides, are already operating at the Cherai beach and will be shifted to the Puthuvypeen beach. The buggies will be charged according to the usage time.The project in Cherai was the first of its kind in Kerala. Demand for adventure tourism is very high in our state and DTPC is planning more such tourism projects in the district annouced by  T N Jayashankar, Secretary, DTPC.
